Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product support roles, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Experience working as L3 escalation engineer handling complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in software development using Java technologies.
  • Good understanding and experience of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
  • Good understanding and experience of Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for customer/support/field reported issues.
