Job Overview

System Architecture and Technical Vision

Define and implement the technical roadmap to support rapid scaling and stability.

Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Make critical decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and development approaches.

  • Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Translate product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows.
Collaboration with Product Team

Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

Stay updated on industry trends and adopt emerging technologies when appropriate.

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8 to 10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern framework is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
  • Ability to design and develop reusable, scalable components and services.
  • Experience with machine learning is a plus.
