We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Employee Health and Benefits team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry or TPA, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service to existing clients and develop new business opportunities
- Study client portfolios and provide consulting services to manage risks
- Analyze existing policies and suggest better terms to negotiate with insurers
- Maintain 100% client satisfaction rate
- Prepare proposals for client presentations and assist with roadshows
