Effective deal evaluation for IT services involves harmonizing input from multiple teams and translating it into compelling commercial pitches.

Job Description:
  • Prepare a customer pricing presentation sheet, highlighting key commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ensure commercials align with appropriate risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws (ARD and TUPE), etc.
  • Conduct contract redlining, review, and discussion with the internal team (delivery, legal, business, etc.) and participate in customer negotiations.
  • Prepare profit and loss statements as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Develop termination schedules.
  • Identify accounting treatments of cost items in the profit and loss statements aligned with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and solution discussions.
  • Recognize commercial and contracting risks in deals, inform leadership, and suggest mitigation approaches.
  • Work with the finance team on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Multitask between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
