This role requires a senior-level analyst with expertise in strategic pricing development, data-driven insights, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing statistical models, developing scalable retail test processes, and analyzing competitor demographics and performance for pricing across key categories.

A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for this position.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years' experience in an analytical role OR 6+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to accumulate, evaluate, and generate insights from disparate data sources
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skill Set Required:
  • Primary Skills (must have): Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, economics, or any other quantitative discipline plus 3+ years' experience in an analytical role
  • Experience in data mining and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, GCP, and SQL (ETL)
  • Statistical concepts/modeling experience
  • Process Improvement/Automation experience
  • Secondary Skills (desired): Technical expertise in Tableau, Knime, Power Automate
  • Python experience
  • Pricing Analytics or Marketing Analytics or Retail Analytics experience
  • Project Management experience
