Job Opportunity: Product Consultant
Role OverviewAs a Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their sourcing process. You will be the primary point of contact for client maintenance projects and will interact with clients via phone or email to ensure their accounts and databases are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to streamline clients' sourcing processes
- Interact with clients over phone/emails to help them maintain their accounts/databases
- Estimate project execution time, deadlines, procedures, and document all communication with the client in Cvent's CRM software
- Strive to meet weekly performance metrics and quarterly performance assessments
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working on custom tasks and projects, preferably in a travel or hotel background
- Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
- Ability to work well within a team
- Positive attitude and ability to multi-task
- Quick learner with 3-5 years of experience in a reputable organization, BPO, or call center supporting US, UK, or Australia clients
