This role requires strong knowledge of property operations, including prioritizing facilities needs, managing supply and service contracts, and mitigating risks through emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the property's budget, making sure there is enough petty cash to support operations, and ensuring vendor invoice processes comply with standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties
- Manage supply and service contracts
- Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management plans

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of property operations
- Degree in business or hotel and building management
