This role is crucial for our facilities management team.

You will oversee administrative tasks, including facilities upkeep, security management, housekeeping management, consumables, guest hospitality, travel desk management, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing teams at various locations, administration of all office locations, supporting office expansion plans.
  • Implementing environmental, safety, and health guidelines.
  • Improving administrative tasks by working closely with location-specific admin teams.
  • Developing, implementing, and measuring facilities upkeep standards.
  • Providing high-standard security and housekeeping services.
  • Addressing facilities, security, and housekeeping concerns proactively.
  • Designing and executing high-standard visitor and guest management practices.
  • Efficiently managing consumable stock and inventory controls.
  • Creating and implementing a travel management process.
  • Managing regional and other facilities for administrative needs.
  • Supporting outdoor events, campaigns, exhibitions, and other activities.
  • Ensuring each facility team handles breakdown challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities, security, and housekeeping management.
  • Largescale, multilocation office setup exposure.
  • Experience in managing administrative operations for organizations with 1,000+ employees.
  • Possession of passion for developing and improving admin processes.
Competencies:
  • Local language proficiency.

Education:
