Compensation & Benefits Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits professional to join our team in Hosur (near Bangalore). This role focuses on compensation and benefits management, ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained.

You will work closely with payroll and HR teams but this role is specifically for someone experienced in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, not general HR or payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.) to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Candidates from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes are preferred.
  • Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation is essential.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a 6-day work week is required.

Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates specialized in payroll processing, HR generalist roles, HR business partners, or talent acquisition.
