Enterprise Planning Expert Wanted

This senior role involves architecting scalable and innovative processes for forecasting and budgeting cycles, defining reusable patterns and influencing solution architecture.

The ideal candidate will partner with finance leadership to align planning solutions with strategic initiatives, corporate reporting, and scenario modeling, while mentoring peers and setting the standard for planning excellence.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce, Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
  • Implement driver-based models, calculation rules, and planning templates for forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Provide architectural oversight for data flows, integrations, and hierarchies using Data Management and EDMCS.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers, review deliverables, and enforce engineering best practices.
Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • 12-15 years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience with at least 7+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount Planning, and Long-Range Strategic Planning.
  • Deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies. Experience working in a similar environment is desirable.
