The Role

This role has two key deliverables: fund raising for leading real estate developers in Mumbai and Bengaluru, and structuring of JV transactions in real estate.

We are looking for an experienced associate with 3+ years of experience who has either worked in a real estate company or has worked on the fund side of a real estate focused fund.

Key qualifications include practical knowledge of industry guidelines and their real-world application, including legal and liaisoning aspects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Preparing investment memoranda and cash flow projections
  • Interacting with lenders and clients
  • Conducting site visits for land parcel evaluation
  • Collaborating with grade A real estate developers, architects, valuation agencies, and lawyers for deal execution
  • Mentoring junior team members
Requirements

Career Path and Benefits

We offer a fast-track career path with opportunities to lead deals independently within 2 years and report directly to our Chairman. Our network-building opportunities within the real estate industry are excellent.

We are based in One BKC, Mumbai, with frequent travel limited to only Mumbai.

Compensation: up to ₹25 Lakhs CTC (Cost-to-Company) per annum for the right candidate.

Working hours: 5 days a week with half-day work on alternate Saturdays, similar to banks.
