**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing safe and efficient structural solutions for various projects.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop innovative structural designs that meet client requirements and industry standards;
  • Conduct thorough analysis and modeling to ensure the integrity and stability of structures;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Ensure all design work is carried out in accordance with established quality procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • At least 8 years of experience in structural design, preferably with a focus on building structures;
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software, including Revit, Etabs, and STAAD;
  • Familiarity with RIBA stages of works and international design standards;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
