AI Engineering Leadership Role

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least 12 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in leading technical teams or managing complex projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI, ML, or data-intensive platforms or services, as well as demonstrated success in team leadership, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proficiency with common software languages, frameworks, and tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and SQL/noSQL databases.
  • Expertise with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
