Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the People team, responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • To assist with payroll processing, including data entry and verification.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Must have 4 years of experience with US Federal and State Labor Laws and Regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Payroll Processing: Sharing inputs for accurate and timely payroll processing, including deductions and tax withholdings.
  • Experience in working with Workday.
