Position Details:

Job Responsibilities:

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations. Your tasks will include:

Assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

Managing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring data accuracy.

Coordinating between different departments to ensure seamless workflow.

Handling inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination (if applicable).

Processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records.

Assisting in developing and implementing process improvements.

Responding to emails, calls, and queries related to operations.

Supporting the operations team in various projects and tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of any ERP system is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Ethic: Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a proactive approach to tasks.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
