Production Lead for Aluminium Extrusion
At RC Project Consultancy (RCPC), we are seeking a highly skilled Production Lead to oversee our Aluminium Extrusion operations in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in productivity, recovery, and quality.
- Ensure the efficient use of in-house billets, with a focus on prioritizing their development and gradually increasing productivity.
- Monitor reports in detail, identifying areas for improvement and questioning reasoning behind any discrepancies.
- Build a responsible and accountable team through proper training, motivation, and penalty systems.
- Coordinate with the planning department to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal productivity.
- Implement and maintain all processes and SOPs, ensuring proper documentation and communication within the team.
- Control costs and implement improvements to meet targets, while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Skill matrix and KRAs will be used to monitor individual performance and development.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure proper machinery upkeep and production support.
