Culinary Operations Manager

Our company seeks an accomplished Culinary Operations Manager to lead food and beverage culinary operations.
This role is responsible for overseeing assigned culinary operations, ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining standards and meeting financial goals.
Key QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in food and beverage culinary or related professional area. Alternatively, you can possess a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, along with 1 year of experience in food and beverage culinary or related professional area.
Primary Responsibilities:- Create and nurture a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for providing service.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees, responding quickly and proactively to their concerns.
- Use coaching skills throughout the property, demonstrating self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Motivate and encourage staff to solve guest and employee-related concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding quickly and proactively to guests' concerns.
- Understand the brand's service culture and set service expectations for all guests internally and externally.
- Take ownership of a guest complaint or problem until it is resolved or addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
- Follow up to ensure complaints have been addressed to the guest's satisfaction.
