Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach efforts.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to position our mentorship programs as the solution to their needs.
  • Manage pipeline: schedule calls, follow up, update CRM daily.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a closer in EdTech.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling courses/mentorship programs priced at ₹50,000 or above.
  • Strong skills in rapport-building, objection handling, and creating urgency.
  • Confidence, emotional intelligence, and high results-driven attitude.
  • Desire for income to directly reflect performance.
