We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Sex Therapy Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Conduct initial assessment calls with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients through empathetic and non-judgmental communication.
  • Pitch treatment packages that meet the client's specific needs and goals.
  • Closely work with therapists to ensure seamless support for clients.
Therapeutic Support:
  • Provide brief therapeutic guidance and support to clients during the initial call, focusing on setting realistic expectations and promoting self-awareness.
  • Identify areas where clients may benefit from additional resources or referrals and provide recommendations accordingly.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with our team of therapists to maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills in sex therapy and related areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Masters degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field.
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
