**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer - Data Modeler to drive the development of our next-generation data platform. As an integral member of our Data Management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable data capture and transformation processes.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Design, develop, and implement highly scalable data capture and transformation processes to ensure efficient data flow.
  • Suggest best modeling approach to clients based on their requirements and target architecture.
  • Analyze and understand datasets, guiding teams in creating source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.
  • Profile datasets to generate relevant insights and inform business decisions.
  • Define data modeling best practices and ensure implementation across projects.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and optimize data models.
  • Drive automation in modeling activities to enhance efficiency.

**Requirements for Success:**

  • 10+ years of experience working with hybrid data environments leveraging distributed and relational database technologies.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, architecture, and its implementation in complex environments.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Good experience with OLTP and OLAP systems.
  • Understanding of industry data models and experience in leading large teams.
