Serving as a Lead Data Architect

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Data Engineer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge data architectures that meet business needs. As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of big data engineers and collaborate closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering Team Support: Assist in setting up the Data Lake on Cloud and implementing standardized Data Models to ensure seamless data flow and efficient processing.
  • Developing Data Pipelines: Design and implement data pipelines for new sources, data transformations within the Data Lake, and GraphQL integration to enhance data accessibility and utilization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to source data and make it available for downstream consumption, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

  • Big Data Processing Expertise: Possess experience in building data pipelines using batch processing with Apache Spark or Hive query language.
  • NOSQL Database Knowledge: Have knowledge of NOSQL databases, especially Cosmos DB, Restful APIs, and GraphQL.
  • ETL Processing Tools: Understand Big Data ETL processing tools, Data modeling, and Data mapping.

  • Team Player: Demonstrate excellent problem analysis skills and experience working with Azure Databricks and at least one Cloud Infrastructure provider (Azure/AWS).
