System Administrator Job Description

This is a critical role that involves managing and maintaining computer systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.

  • 5-8 years of experience in relevant fields such as IT, Computer Science or related disciplines;
  • Fundamentals of Windows 11 and the latest MacOS operating systems;
  • Microsoft Office O365 Suite proficiency;
  • Basic knowledge of endpoint hardware troubleshooting and repair;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business communication tools;
  • Experience with virtual desktops (AWS Workspace/VMware/Parallels) and mobile device management (AirWatch);
  • Knowledge of McAfee / CrowdStrike / Encryption software and endpoint management tools (BCM / JAMF);
  • Process automation skills and scripting fundamentals (PowerShell);
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Proactive approach to innovation and bringing new ideas and solutions to improve processes and efficiency;
