Job Title

Drive Business Transformation as a Salesforce Innovation Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps that align with organizational goals, focusing on driving business value realization through the Salesforce Platform.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and DevSecOps teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on innovation initiatives.
  • Pilot new capabilities of Agentforce and Einstein AI with minimal risk to business continuity by planning and executing proof of concepts (PoCs).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and ensure their buy-in for innovation projects.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science with 10-12 years of IT experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect with recent focus on AI capabilities in Salesforce.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce's AI capabilities (Einstein & Agentforce), including hands-on knowledge of capabilities and best practices.
  • Salesforce Certified Architect.
