Email Campaign Manager Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for email marketing campaigns and hands-on expertise in campaign management, including setup, targeting, rollout, reporting, and optimization.

This role involves supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including data selection, creative deployment, and performance analysis, while leveraging personalization strategies and data-driven insights to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage campaign setup, targeting, rollout, and reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Brief and manage external agencies to develop and deploy email campaigns.
  • Create and manage customer segmentation, targeting, and workflow strategies.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries using advanced concepts for audience creation and performance tuning.
  • Conduct A/B testing and hyper-personalization campaigns to improve engagement.
  • Compile campaign performance reports ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business relevance.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience designing and managing email campaigns.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Responsys, Unity CDP implementation, and Infinity IQ BI reporting.
  • Proven track record in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL with expertise in writing complex queries and performance optimization.
