Healthcare Marketing Specialist

As a marketer with Google Ads Management and Meta Ads experience, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive campaigns that drive results for our clients. Your expertise in keyword strategies, ad groups, and audience targeting will help us maximize our reach and engagement. Additionally, your ability to continuously learn and adapt to new trends will keep us ahead of the competition.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Text and YouTube Ads, ensuring maximum ROI for our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our design team to create effective landing pages that enhance campaign performance.
  • Structure campaigns around ad groups and keyword strategies to optimize our advertising spend.
  • Monitor and continuously optimize campaigns using detailed performance analysis to ensure maximum impact.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform our strategy.
Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram):

  • Oversee and run Meta paid campaigns focusing on lead generation, traffic increase, and direct messaging to drive meaningful results for our clients.
  • Utilize advanced audience targeting and segmentation techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop creative assets in coordination with our design team to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage the setup and ongoing adjustments of campaigns to boost their effectiveness.
  • Research and implement industry best practices to stay ahead of emerging trends.
Client Servicing:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
  • Manage client onboarding and monthly updates, guaranteeing a smooth service delivery experience.
  • Address and resolve any client escalations promptly and effectively.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience (min 1.5 years) managing Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram paid ad campaigns.
  • Demonstrable ability to continuously learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
