We are seeking a highly skilled Admissions Officer to join our team. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling high-quality students.
This is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to promote the university nationally and internationally. You will lead a team of staff working under the Admissions Office to handle parents and students smoothly and efficiently.
- Plan and implement various strategies to attract quality students and enhance admissions numbers year on year.
- Organize campus tours to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise to potential students and their parents.
- Guide the Marketing Office to organize exhibitions and open houses for school students and their parents at the campus and other locations.
- Execute student admissions from various parts of the country.
- Visit schools and polytechnic colleges to provide information about academic programs to potential students.
- Assist the Marketing Department in creating promotional materials like brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, hoardings, etc.
- SUPERVISE AND MOTIVATE STAFF WORKING IN THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE.
- Ensure adequate hospitality is extended to parents and students during the admission process.
- Schedule student and parent counseling sessions and complete the admission process efficiently.
A Master's degree holder with additional professional qualifications is preferred. A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in admission and outreach is required. You should have previous work experience in education institutions.
You must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team member, fostering teamwork.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when required.
