Seeking an experienced relationship manager to lead business growth and provide exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to build lasting relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.

About the Role
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance relationships with existing IFAs and onboard new ones.
  • Provide training and support to IFAs on product offerings and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to IFAs and their clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly mutual funds, insurance, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with IFAs and clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
