We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Advocate to join our team at ANSHUJ DHINGRA LAW OFFICES. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling complex legal matters and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Appear before various courts and tribunals in Delhi, including the Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, and District Courts.
- Handle legal and para-legal assignments independently, demonstrating strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, and draft legal documents, pleadings, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and provide litigation support, leveraging your excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage cases related to Commercial, Civil, Arbitration, Corporate, Insolvency, and Cheque Bouncing matters.
- Law degree from a recognized institution and membership of the Bar Council of India.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in legal drafting and preparing case files, with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with in-depth knowledge of the legal system and procedures.
- Laptop/PC ownership is mandatory.
- Proficient use of legal software, including legal research tools and case management software.
- Document management skills, with expertise in creating, editing, and managing legal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- E-filing proficiency, with the ability to navigate online portals and submit documents electronically.
- Minimum 3 and maximum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters.
- Proven experience appearing before various courts and tribunals in Delhi.
