This role is designed for individuals who possess a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of experience in client servicing. It's an opportunity for those with a strong background in agencies, internal communications, sociology and psychology to excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the creation of digital experiences for key brands.
  • Working across multiple platforms to drive engagement and collaborating with writers and designers to create engaging content.
  • Developing a content strategy that aligns with the brand's philosophy and objectives across various platforms.
  • Understanding stakeholders and creating communication for different cohorts.
  • Providing strategic inputs to the design and content teams based on client feedback.
  • Establishing rapport and possessing excellent project management skills.

What You'll Be Doing Daily:

  • Campaign content creation on various digital platforms.
  • Developing innovative solutions for content management and maintenance of digital platforms.
  • Preparing reports with quantitative and qualitative analyses of the brand.
  • Utilizing Analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Client Servicing team member or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative social media strategies.
