We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a deal advisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with top clients and provide innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute, supervise, and coordinate syndication, project finance advisory, refinancing, restructuring, financial appraisal, project appraisal, due diligence, and other related tasks.
  • Prepare and review complex financial models, analyze balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flows to provide solutions to clients.
  • Evaluate business models and other aspects for credit facilities, prepare information memorandums, CMA data, projections, and project reports.
  • Liaise with banks, FIs, NBFCs, and funds to expedite proposals and ensure successful transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent financial modeling skills and knowledge of preparation and review of complex financial models.
  • Thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment from lending perspective.
  • Experience in liaising with banks, FIs, NBFCs, and funds.
  • Strong convincing skills and perseverance to expedite and push proposals with banks, FIs, NBFCs, and funds.
