Disbursement Process Management

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or disbursement processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and manage disbursements accurately and timely according to company policies and procedures.
  2. Review and validate payment requests for accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  3. Prepare and maintain detailed records of disbursements and ensure proper documentation is in place.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies related to disbursements or payments.
  5. Monitor disbursement transactions to identify any potential fraud or irregularities and report findings accordingly.
  6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to disbursements and payments.
