Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agile Practitioner to support the successful implementation of large-scale agile initiatives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) at our organization. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SAFe principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork;
  • Facilitating effective communication and information sharing across teams to ensure transparency and clarity in program goals, progress, and challenges;
  • Identifying, assessing, and proactively managing program-level risks, issues, and impediments, taking appropriate actions to mitigate their impact;
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in processes, practices, and workflows across the program;
  • Establishing relevant metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program progress, measure success, and make informed decisions;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their engagement and support throughout the program lifecycle;
  • Ensuring that SAFe principles, methodologies, and best practices are followed consistently across the program.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • SAFe certification is a must;
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops board is preferred;
  • Total 2-5 years of experience, with 2 years of experience in program management, focusing on supporting agile initiatives using the SAFe framework;
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
