Key Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Executive Leader to spearhead our presales & solution consulting efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of IT products and supply chain solutions, with 10+ years of experience in similar roles.

Opportunity Support & Solutioning
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead complex opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering insights into solution value proposition, best practices, and ROI.
  • Guide clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on driving value from proposed solutions.
Strategy & Execution
  • Drive pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to inform solution strategy and positioning.
Strategic Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term strategies.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Provide critical client feedback to inform product and content roadmaps.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing and retention strategies.
Marketing Initiatives
  • Develop compelling case studies articulating the value delivered to clients.
  • Create representative scenarios demonstrating the ROI delivered by Beroe's solutions.
  • Lead the creation of industry-specific solution pitches to bring contextualization to the value proposition.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of IT products and supply chain solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven ability to drive pre-sales strategy and lead complex opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
