Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Network Team Lead to join our organization. This role requires a strong background in data center networking and Software Defined Networking (SDN). The ideal candidate will have around 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Data Center networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Cloud Network Infrastructure, including physical and SDN network frameworks.
  • Evaluate and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high availability, flexibility, and network performance.
  • Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Lead a team of Network Engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify risks and provide recommendations.
  • Present solution proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.
  • Manage and deliver technical validation activities, including Proof of Concept.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, and security technologies.
  • A deep understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching, and Network monitoring Protocols & Tools.
  • Familiarity with SDN Technologies, preferably hands-on experience on any one of the SDN providers – VMWare NSX, Juniper Contrail/Tungsten, Arista, or Cisco.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly resolve complex network problems.
  • Effective project management skills and completion of complex network tasks.
  • The ability to quickly learn new technologies and keep networking skills current with emerging technologies.
  • Experience in handling a team of minimum 4 people in this role.
