Job Description:

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our optical metrology systems. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various types of testing to guarantee seamless functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration and System Interface Testing: Perform integration testing for hardware/software systems and system interface testing to ensure smooth interaction between components.
  • Covering Metrology Solution Workflow: Cover the end-to-end metrology solution workflow from operating optical metrology tools to producing thin film/OCD metrology solutions.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with product, hardware, software, application, characterization teams to design SQA testing strategies and plans based on product requirements.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans and cases, and execute testing activities to meet product release schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or a related discipline.
  • Passion for Quality: Passionate about quality and taking ownership.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience in software quality assurance.
  • Automated Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and solid knowledge in scripting.
