Process Excellence Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within our organization. This key role will lead the development and implementation of structured methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure process performance and track improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead value engineering, supplier benchmarking, and cost-out initiatives without compromising quality.
- Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes.
- Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates, improve reliability, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering, as well as proven experience in driving COGS reduction programs in consumer appliances, electronics, or manufacturing setups. Analytical mindset, proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics platforms, and strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential.
