Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes that meet or exceed our quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process development strategies to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project development, manufacturing process, and industrialization layout.
  • At least 2 years of working experience with IP, door, and pillar trim is preferred.
  • eBOM, mBOM, BOR, BOP, and SC lists are essential skills for this role.
  • Experience in supporting PLM deliverables from PK0 to FCC is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of resource life cycle, FCC maintenance, and PQCP is necessary.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
