Hiring for Senior Structural Engineer is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in structural engineering and contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.

As a senior structural engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with directors, project managers, and construction managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures that drive business success. Your primary goal will be to deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion within budget, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will work closely with clients and structural design and BIM engineers to produce creative designs that meet their needs while maintaining our company's high standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring effective staff training initiatives and conducting on-time performance reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel. You should also be able to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively, possessing good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

This position requires experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects, with familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software being a plus. A structural design license is also highly desirable.
