Brand Strategy Expert

We are seeking a skilled Brand Strategist to join our team in Pitampura, New Delhi. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires the ability to craft a compelling narrative and execute campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and shape the brand voice to be distinctive, engaging, and memorable.
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints – social media, website, ads, packaging, offline.
  • Monitor competitor moves and cultural shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers to align brand and growth strategies.
  • Design playbooks for influencers, partnerships, and PR that deliver impact without overspending.
  • Analyze data, engage with stakeholders, and refine strategy to optimize outcomes.
  • Pursue innovative ideas that elevate Silvish from a brand to a statement.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience shaping and driving brand strategy (bonus points if in D2C, lifestyle, fashion).
  • A keen sense of youth culture and digital trends – anticipate what's next before it hits the mainstream.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns that moved hearts and sales.
  • A strong storyteller capable of switching between clever one-liners and strategic decks.
  • Creative instincts backed by data-driven insights, not just intuition.
  • Hungry, restless, and ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • On-site in Pitampura, New Delhi – no remote work options.
