As a key member of our onboarding team, you will be responsible for creating a lasting impression of the company on customers. The role involves managing the onboarding process, including training, implementation, and helping customers get the most out of our platform.This is an excellent opportunity to drive adoption and expand features with our product team. You will establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate process improvement and overall account health. If you have experience in customer-facing roles and are skilled at project management, then this could be the perfect position for you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a customer onboarding strategy
  • Manage internal and external relationships to ensure smooth account handling
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure process improvement
  • Be the subject matter expert for our platform and work closely with clients to understand their challenges and how we can help
  • Provide technical support and resolve any product-related queries
  • Collaborate with the product management team to surface customer requests and translate feedback into product requirements
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Technical Onboarding Manager or Solutions Architect
  • Experience with project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting with clients on business process improvements at a senior level
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking projects from conception to delivery
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and database structure
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and identify solutions
