MEP Project Specialist

As a MEP project engineer, you will be responsible for designing and planning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Planning
Develop comprehensive plans for building MEP systems, integrating HVAC, power distribution, and water supply systems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaboration
Work closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to guarantee smooth integration of MEP systems.
- System Management
Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Compliance
Ensure that all MEP systems adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Efficiency and Sustainability
Design and optimize MEP systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact.
- Documentation
Prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for all MEP scope of work.
- Problem-Solving
Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Project management skills to manage timelines and resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- An aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Precision in reviewing designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 6-8 years of experience in high-rise building, residential building, or township projects is required.
