About the Role:

The role involves overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process for gears and transmission components, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire manufacturing process, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators to optimize production efficiency, developing and managing production plans in line with company objectives and customer demands, coordinating with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams for smooth operations, reviewing and recommending improvements in production processes, planning and allocating resources to meet production goals, leading, mentoring, and developing a team of production personnel, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintaining and managing IATF documentation to meet industry standards.

Qualifications: A minimum of 15 years of industry experience in manufacturing, especially in gears and transmission components, is required. Strong leadership and communication skills, extensive knowledge of gears and transmission components, expertise in IATF documentation, proven experience in production and manpower planning, and familiarity with process optimization techniques are also essential.
