Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Area Business Manager for our Solar Vertical.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of mandatory experience in the solar industry and a proven track record in channel sales and network expansion.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our dealer and system integrator network, and managing channel partners within your assigned territory.
Job Role:
- Network Expansion: Drive aggressive growth by identifying and appointing new dealers and system integrators to expand Okaya's solar network within the assigned territory.
- Channel Sales Management: Lead and manage all aspects of channel sales, ensuring effective strategies are in place to maximize market penetration and revenue for solar products.
- Dealer Management Solar: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing solar dealers, providing them with necessary support, training, and resources to achieve their sales targets and ensure their sustained performance.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets for the solar vertical in your designated area.
- Team Training: Train internal teams on solar technical knowledge, ensuring they are well-equipped to support sales efforts and address customer queries effectively.
- Territory Expertise: Must have prior work experience and a strong understanding of the respective territories (Karnal, Bhopal, Jaipur, Experience: 5+ years of mandatory experience in the solar industry.
- Industry: Strong background in the Solar industry.
- Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
- Sales & Business Development: Proven experience in channel sales, business development, and achieving sales targets.
- Network Building: Demonstrated ability to appoint new dealers and system integrators.
- Dealer Management: Experience in managing and nurturing dealer relationships.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the solar market and trends in the specified regions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and train teams.
- Location Specificity: Must have previously worked in the respective territories (Karnal, Bhopal, Jaipur, Nagpur).
