Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to support our design and project teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, detailing, client/site coordination, and preparing basic working drawings for residential, commercial, and layout development projects.

The selected candidate will assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces. They will also prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.

In addition, the successful candidate will coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs. They will participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits. Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
