Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing and Invoicing: You will assist with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes, adhering to policy guidelines, and following up with field location teams for necessary supporting documents.
  • Customer Management: You will contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Cash Application: You will apply cash received from customers in accordance with defined processes without exceptions, reconcile orders to match customer books, and validate credits or debits.
  • Bank Statement Management: You will download bank statements for all accounts, provide remittances, and correspondences received to collectors on the same day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • End-to-End Knowledge in Accounts Receivable
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • High energy, self-motivation, and accountability
  • Oral and written communications skills in English
  • Computer literacy in various tools and systems
