Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Large Deal Pursuit efforts. As a Large Deal Pursuit Manager, you will spearhead large and complex deal pursuits, guiding the sales cycle from initial qualification through contract negotiation and close.

You will foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring trust and alignment. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

You will devise and execute targeted sales strategies to capture new business and drive revenue growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful closure of deals and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead large and complex deal pursuits
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
  • Devise and execute targeted sales strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful closure of deals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of managing and closing large, complex deals
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
