Artificial Intelligence Creative Specialist

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us build a next-gen AI marketing company. Our mission is simple: use data + AI + agents to help brands grow profitably and build the future of AI-driven e-commerce growth.

Creatives are the single biggest lever for growth, but most teams still treat them like art projects. Not here. At our shop, creatives = performance. Every image, video, and line of copy you ship will be tested in the wild — ads, PDPs, lifecycle flows, social. You'll get real-time feedback, iterate daily, and see your work directly move CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

This role fuses AI tools + performance marketing into one role and works at the cutting-edge intersection of AI, growth, and e-com. If you've ever wanted to experiment with AI creative tools daily and work with some of the best operators, PMs, and ML engineers in the game, this is the place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Firefly). Deploy directly in Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion.
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and UGC-style creatives.
  • Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines — not just design visuals.
  • Produce daily creative variations, test fast, and learn what works.
  • Monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement. Come up with insights or adjust based on analytics recommendations.

Our ideal candidate has 0–3 years in creative/design/marketing/content roles or a strong AI creative portfolio. They should have proven ability to use AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets, copywriting chops, comfort with basic metrics, and a passion for shipping high-performing creatives.
