Senior Residential Real Estate Auditor

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage audit engagements in the residential real estate sector.
Audit Managers in this field lead and direct teams of auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including US GAAP, HUD guidelines, and IRS Section 42 regulations. They also review financial statements, audit workpapers, and compliance reports to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in public accounting, a CPA or CA certification, and in-depth knowledge of affordable housing regulations and LIHTC program sensitivities.
