Senior Manager - US Payroll Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Operations Lead to join our team at Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll day-to-day operations in the US, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in our payroll function, driving process improvements and streamlining operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Coordinating with internal teams, including Accounting, HR, and Hiring, to ensure seamless integration of payroll activities
• Maintaining excellent communication and relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize payroll processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong background in finance and payroll, preferably with an MBA or equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Experience working with payroll systems, including Oracle ERPs, would be advantageous
• The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
