Marketing Leader Opportunity

This role seeks an experienced marketing professional to drive business growth in the healthcare sector. As a seasoned marketer, you will develop and execute strategies to boost overall revenue for our unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive revenue from various channels, including trade, insurance, corporate/PSU, and other markets.
  • Manage empanelment with corporates, track contracts and renewals, and optimize team deployment in new territories.
  • Monitor competition sales and activities regularly, ensure comprehensive coverage of doctors, and maintain a database of doctor visits.
  • Oversee team management, recruitment, and retention, as well as conduct seminars, CME programs, ORC's, conferences, and camps on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with executives/TLs and foster strong relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance, and TPAs.
  • Strategize sales and activities to generate revenue and brand awareness for our unit.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage a team size of 10+ direct reportees.
  • Experience in managing unit-level branding and digital initiatives.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 12+ years' experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on doctor referrals and neighborhood marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage a team.
